Awoman amended a federal lawsuit Sunday night alleging star rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z sexually assaulted her more than two decades ago with Sean “Diddy” Combs when she was 13.
The accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe,” said the assault happened in 2000 after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party, according to NBC News, CNN and FoxNews.
The suit was originally filed in October in Manhattan against Combs but was refiled Sunday to add Jay-Z as a second defendant.
