Chicago criminal with 30 priors threatens to 'kill whites' with hammer on train

A Chicago man who threatened to kill white people while confronting a train passenger has been identified as Eric F. Vinson, a criminal repeat offender with at least 30 prior offenses. Vinson was caught on film throwing an expletive-filled anti-white tirade while wielding hammers as weapons. The maniac informed the passenger that he had been released from jail two days prior and was planning to "kill whites."
